The statuary

“A statuary is a group of statues that represent human or animal figures in relief”… But why not mineral ones? Elevating rocks to the status of statues as subjects, not as materials. The imprint of a stone is obtained by hammering a copper plate onto its surface until it takes on the desired shape.
Then, time and the elements will oxidize these copper-encrusted stones into a palette of colors ranging from orange to brown to verdigris.
